Leading the pop-up kitchen, Chef Vic Vieira will prepare a five “look” menu highlighting local ingredients and rich flavors that promise a fun and extravagant culinary experience. Each course will be paired with wines carefully selected by Martin Boutique Wines and a creation from our in-house mixologist João Silva to complement the meal, making sure every bite is enhanced by the perfect sip.
