About the artist: Danish–Kurdish artist Ilos Ilyas Elias Kirkan brings his layered identity into each brushstroke. His work traces a geography of migration, memory, and multiplicity, where borders blur and belonging becomes a question, not a destination.

About the exhibition, “Floating Between Worlds” is not just about identity, it’s about the space between. The liminality. The quiet resistance of existing outside fixed definitions.

Ilos invites us to witness and reflect: “My art is not an answer; it's a reflection, a question, an offering. For those of us who live and float between worlds, visibility is radical.”

Sobre a exposição: “Flutuando Entre Mundos” não é apenas sobre identidade, é sobre o entre. A liminaridade. A resistência silenciosa de existir fora de definições rígidas.

Ilos convida-nos a observar e refletir: “A minha arte não é uma resposta; é um espelho, uma pergunta, uma oferenda. Para quem vive e flutua entre mundos, a visibilidade é um ato radical.”
