Join us at Aconchego House for a joyful hands-on sushi-making experience led by Naoko Ilmuro, a Japanese home chef known for her warm, inclusive cooking workshops in Germany. This will be her first-ever class in Lisbon, and she’s excited to share the beauty of rainbow maki— rainbow sushi that is as delightful to look at as it is to eat.

About the Instructor:
Naoko is a Japanese native who has led popular Japanese cooking workshops in Frankfurt area, Germany. A passionate advocate of natural agriculture method, she is fluent in Japanese, English, and German.
