• Stands: Stands must not exceed 2x2 meters.

• Equipment: Brands must bring their own equipment, including tables, stands, extension cords, lights, and any other setup materials.

• Payment Methods: Brands must arrange their own payment methods—cash or card—with their own payment terminal.

• Market Presence: Brands must remain present until the end of the market. If you cannot stay, please inform us previously.

• Cleanliness: Brands must ensure that they do not leave garbage or personal items in their allocated space.

• Event Promotion: Aconchego.House and the respective brands are responsible for managing the communication of the event through their social networks and other channels.

• Sales Responsibility: Aconchego House is not responsible if the brands do not sell. The responsibility lies with the brands themselves. Aco House is not responsible for and does not control the number of visitors at each event.

• Event Cancellation: The event may be canceled in the event of severe weather. In this case, you will be refunded.

• Liability: Aconchego House is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the event.

• Stand Locations: The location of each stand is determined in advance; no changes will be accepted on the day of the event.

• Cancellation Policy: Brands that cancel their participation on the day of the event will not be accepted for future events. Cancellations must be made at least one week before the event, or they will not be refunded.
